Mid-point demo

Every team presents their in-progress site. Three minutes each.

The presentation format

Cover these three things in order:

  1. The problem: one or two sentences on what your site addresses and who it's for.
  2. Live demo: open your actual site and click through what works. No screenshots.
  3. What's next: one sentence on what Sprint 4 will add or fix.

Every project at this stage looks unfinished. That's expected. The goal is to communicate clearly and get useful input, not to impress.

Giving feedback

After each team presents, write one feedback note on a sticky — specific and actionable:

  • "The nav links are hard to read on that background."
  • "The filter button works but the results don't show a count."

"Looks cool" is not feedback.

After the demos

Keep your feedback notes. They inform Sprint 4 priorities. If you got a note about something fixable, it goes to the top of your list for tomorrow.
