This is the last build sprint. The goal is a site you can present with confidence, not a site with more features.
Before you open VS Code, your team states two things out loud: "We need to fix ___ and finish ___."
If you're tempted to add a feature that isn't on your must-have list: don't. Every new feature added today is a risk to something that already works.
Check these three things before you stop building.
Morning is build time. After lunch, stop writing code and start preparing your pitch. A site you can explain clearly is more compelling than a site that does more things you can't describe.
Five minutes per team: 1 minute on the problem, 3 minutes of live demo, 1 minute on what the team learned. Every team member speaks. Plan the click sequence for your demo now so there are no surprises tomorrow.
